All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Urban Lilac Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Urban Lilac Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
